Thanks in part to a direct link with Nedap ONS, FrontAssist also functions as smart signage within your healthcare facility. Visitors can easily look up a resident by name, after which it is immediately indicated where they are located and how to get there.

This ensures a smooth and independent flow of visitors, without employees being unnecessarily interrupted for route questions. This keeps healthcare professionals focused on
what really matters: providing good care.

Easy, fast and secure registration of visitors

FrontAssist makes both pre-registration and self-registration of visitors simple and secure – ideal for the healthcare industry.

Healthcare employees can pre-register their visitors (such as patients, informal caregivers or external
specialists) via their own calendar, such as Outlook. The visitor then automatically receives an e-mail in the house style of your healthcare institution, containing a QR code, pin code and any practical information, such as the route to the right department or parking facilities.

Upon arrival, visitors simply check in via the digital reception on site. No hassle with paper forms: manual registration is also possible via the digital reception’s
touchscreen.

If desired, visitors can give mandatory approval during the registration process
on specific house rules or health guidelines – think hygiene measures,
visiting hours or guidelines in infection-prone wards.

Once the visitor has arrived, the care worker or department receives immediate notification – via e-mail, text message or telephone connection, if necessary. This way, everyone is quickly informed and the reception process runs smoothly.

When leaving, visitors can check out in the same way. This means you always have an up-to-date overview of who is in the building, how long someone has been there and at which department. Crucial for security, privacy and emergency registration.

The digital reception comes in your corporate identity and includes a customizable header image, a welcome message and buttons that you can make active and inactive. Visitors can select a desired language via the selector at the bottom.

Check in

After clicking this button, a screen appears where visitors can check in using a QR code, PIN or manual registration. Visitors can accept advance (security) instructions before checking in.

Check out

After clicking the button, a screen appears where the visitor can check out using the same QR/pin code or by entering their name if they checked in manually. This gives you insight into who was in your building and when.

Delivery

Suppliers can easily notify an employee of their arrival by clicking the delivery button and selecting the recipient, and a notification will be sent.

Optionally, a fixed contact can be linked instead of the option to search for a contact. We also offer a food delivery button with the same features.

Call reception

Clicking this button immediately initiates a phone call to a preset number. This is useful for unstaffed receptions, allowing visitors to quickly speak with a staff member while maintaining personal contact.

Overview

After entering a secret code (which you can change yourself) on the touch screen, you get an overview of visitors who have checked in today but have not yet checked out. Has a visitor not checked out? Then you can do this immediately.

Wi-Fi

After clicking the Wi-Fi button, visitors can immediately connect to the network in your building. This prevents visitors from having to search for a network or enter login codes themselves.

Information, instructions & consent

During registration, visitors can read specific health or house rules and give
digital approval, for example, about hygiene regulations, mouth guard policy or
privacy guidelines. This way you ensure safety and compliance – without extra pressure on the
reception desk.

Accessible and user-friendly

The digital reception is tailored to a wide audience – from young visitors to
elderly. The interface is clear, easy to use and available in
multiple languages. Remote support can be enabled if needed.

Real-time overview & reporting

Always insight into who is where within your care location. In case of calamities or
evacuations it is quickly clear which visitors are present. Reports for audits
or quality control are also immediately available.
