Easy, fast and secure registration of visitors
FrontAssist makes both pre-registration and self-registration simple and efficient – perfect for the dynamics within office environments.
Employees can pre-register their visitors via their own calendar, such as Outlook. The invitee then automatically receives an e-mail in your organization’s house style, including a QR code, PIN and any additional information, such as parking facilities or access instructions.
Upon arrival, visitors simply check in via the digital reception column or tablet. Manual registration is also possible via the touchscreen. No paperwork, no confusion – just a quick, welcoming reception.
During the registration process, visitors can agree to house rules, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or other business guidelines if they wish. This way you are always legally and organizationally prepared.
As soon as a visitor has arrived, the relevant employee receives immediate notification – by e-mail, text message or via telephone connection. As a result,
visitors are received smoothly, without waiting time or confusion at the front desk.
Upon departure, visitors can easily check out. This way you always keep track of who is in which location, how long someone has been there and with which team or department.
