About the solution

The kiosks make it possible to always have a complete and up-to-date overview of those present in the building. After registration, the visitor or student receives a badge with a QR code, which can be used to open the Syncguard access gates. Upon departure, the QR code is scanned again to open the exit, after which the person is immediately logged out of the system.

User-friendly functionalities

I am a visitor

Visitors can easily register via the kiosk or scan their QR code if they have been invited in advance. After registration, a telephone connection is immediately established with the contact person, after which a visitor pass is issued.

I am a student

Students who have forgotten their pass can enter their email address at the kiosk. They will then receive a digital day pass through email, complete with a QR code for access. Only students of Gilde Opleidingen can request this pass, which ensures security.

I am a deliverer

Deliverers can easily notify an employee of their arrival via the kiosk.

I would like to talk to an employee

With a single push of a button, a telephone connection is immediately established with a contact person on site.

Overview

There is a separate access point for employees: a secret code brings up a real-time overview of the visitors present. Lost visitor passes can also be easily reprinted here.
